Once we get a frequent question (once is enough) we will post it here.  Being an online shopper myself there are a few things I like to know before I make a purchase. If you can't find what you are looking for here, please send me an email.  The best way to be sure you get the precise answer you are looking for is to start a conversation with the owner.  This way, together, we can be sure that you have all the necessary information before you make a purchase. So here goes...

  1. Do you accept returns? Absolutely. If you are not happy with your purchase just send me an email within 14 days and we will start a full refund of the purchase price.  As you might expect the item(s) must be in unused condition.  We do not deduct a re-stocking fee (that is just not us).  Unfortunately however we do not refund the shipping charges and you will need to pay for return shipping. Since paying for shipping (twice) is not good, we would rather avoid you buying something that doesn't work for you.  Soooo, please send me an email if you have any questions whatsoever, so when you purchase arrives you would never, ever consider sending it back!   2. How are shipping charges determined? We use Canada Post's carrier calculated shipping. We also offer the option of local pick-up.  
  3. Do you rent you bicycles or sell them on consignment? Yes to both!  We offer businesses the opportunity to rent a bicycle to display in their shop to assist in marketing their own products or image.  If the bicycle sells while at your place of business you earn a commission.  Please see Consignment and Rental Agreement for details.   4. Do you wholesale your Leather Handle Bar Grips to Bicycle Shops and Retailers? Why yes we do! Just drop us an email if you are a bicycle shop or boutique to get the conversation started.  Please provide us with your business name, location and website address.
