Bicycle Taxidermy - Oryx velo

$59.00

The Oryx is a long straight antlered antelope species native to Africa and Arabia. This specimen died of natural causes (rust) . The once chromed horns suggest this individual was of a superior genetic linage that some say moved like it was on wheels. The red trunk of the horns made it sought after by many collectors. A black hemp band were added post mortem to reflect its status in the bicycle kingdom.

Being in the bicycle restoration business there is no shortage of surplus parts. Bicycle taxidermy is a cool way to keep parts out of the landfill while showing off your paleo-bicycle coolness. A wonderful conversation piece that speaks to your bicycling addiction and environmental consciousness.
